💫 HIGHLIGHTS Location: Ghent Area Contract type: Permanent or Freelance What makes this role unique: Building user-facing, high-impact applications using a modern React ecosystem with a strong focus on performance and user experience 🎯 YOUR ROLE For one of our clients, we are looking for a React (Native) Developer who is passionate about modern web technologies and enjoys building products that users genuinely love to work with. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive, high-performing interfaces within a collaborative, quality-driven team. You will work on future-oriented applications, translating product ideas and designs into robust, scalable solutions while actively contributing to technical decisions and best practices. Your responsibilities: Building scalable, user-centric React applications that balance performance, usability, and maintainability Owning frontend quality from design handoff to production, including integration, testing, and optimization Collaborating closely with product, UX, and backend teams to shape robust, future-proof solutions Actively contributing to technical direction, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team 💰 THE OFFER Depending on your preference (permanent or freelance), you can expect: A role with real impact on user-facing products A hybrid working setup offering flexibility Collaboration within a multidisciplinary and engaged team A market-conform salary or daily rate, depending on contract type 🫵 YOU Your skills and experience: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience At least 5-10 years of experience in React (Native) development Experience with several of the following tools and technologies: React (Native), TailwindCSS, Storybook, React Query, Expo, React Testing Library, Cypress, NX, Figma Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with strong problem-solving skills Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to share knowledge Languages: Dutch: Fluent English: Professional French: Nice-to-have QUESTIONS OR INTERESTED? 📩 Apply now or reach out via oumayma@recurv.be
